A Vegan haven! Corner beet is known for their toasts and there is a clear reason why - they are uber delicious! Came to try this with friends and we all left with very satisfied bellies. I ordered a lavender matcha with almond milk and it was super delicious.

I am not a vegetarian, but I love this restaurant. I am often hesitant whenever vegetarian friends with whom I am dining choose a restaurant for us, because I worry that I will not enjoy the options available to me. I should have had no fear about The Corner Beet, however. I went there for dinner on a snowy, winter Friday evening and my belly and heart were so full afterward. I highly recommend this place!

This was one of the first places we visited when we first moved here and we never came back until this weekend (not sure why). I had the super seed salad and my husband had an avocado toast with a juice. Everything was fresh and delicious.
